Salted Caramel (043) is a luxury vinyl tile in the Coastal Resort 439 line by Next Floor, sized 12 inches by 24 inches. It is 2 mm thick with a square edge, so tiles sit tight against each other for a continuous floor rather than a grooved one. The surface is 12 mil UV-cured urethane, a residential weight, and the warranty matches that: 20 years waterproof, 20 years residential wear and 10 years commercial. It is fixed in full spread adhesive over a flat, clean subfloor, so we assess and prep the base first. A carton covers 54 SF.
