301 Autum Sunrise LVT Marvelous Plus 425 By Next Floor

Autum Sunrise (301) sits in Next Floor's Marvelous Plus 425 line and is built for rooms that see water. The planks carry a lifetime waterproof warranty alongside lifetime residential wear, so kitchens, mudrooms and finished basements are all fair game. Each board is 7.25 inches by 48 inches and 3 mm thick, bonded to the base with full spread adhesive and NEXT 1200, which means the subfloor has to be flat and clean before we start. On top, a 28 mil UV-cured urethane surface is backed with MCX MicroCeramic reinforced resin. Acoustic testing returned STC 64, IIC 69 and HIIC 89. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Autum Sunrise across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
