223 Tree Swing Oak LVT Medalist 453 By Next Floor

Tree Swing Oak is part of the Medalist 453 line by Next Floor and is a straightforward full spread adhesive plank. The wear layer is 12 mil UV-cured urethane and the boards run a nominal 7.25 inches by 48 inches. Because the glue covers the whole subfloor, the finished floor feels solid and does not click or move underfoot, but the base has to be flat and clean first, so we always assess that before quoting. The static load limit is 1300 lbs and slip resistance passes above 0.6.
