303 Breccia LVT Rosecliff 459 By Next Floor

Breccia (303) is part of the Rosecliff 459 line from Next Floor and comes in a big 12.2 inch by 36.6 inch nominal format. At 4.5 mm it has some substance underfoot, and the lifetime waterproof warranty means bathrooms, laundry rooms and basements are all on the table. A carton covers 28 SF with 9 pieces, so plan your order around that. Fixing is by adhesive, with the choice of perimeter glue under a DropFit loose lay or full spread adhesive using NEXT 1200. Each edge has a micro-bevel, and the wear layer is 20 mil UV-cured urethane. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Breccia across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
