Product Specifications
Mineral White Maple (051) is one of the 12" x 24" tiles in Next Floor's Coastal Resort 439 series. At 2 mm it is a thin floor, which helps when you are covering an existing slab and want to keep transitions low. The 12 mil UV-cured urethane surface handles day-to-day traffic, and the tile passes DOC FF 1-70 for surface flammability with a Class I radiant flux rating. Coordinating mouldings are available from Next Floor. Installation uses NEXT 1200 full spread adhesive on a prepared subfloor. Cover runs 20 years waterproof and 20 years residential wear. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Mineral White Maple across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
