113 Scarecrow LVT Level Best ll 460 By Next Floor

Scarecrow (113) sits in the Level Best ll 460 collection from Next Floor and suits homes where quiet matters. The planks are phthalate free, FloorScore certified and built from 100% virgin PVC, so emissions stay low once the floor is in. The wear surface is 20 mil UV-cured urethane and the lifetime waterproof warranty covers bathrooms, laundry rooms and below-grade spaces. Every board is 5 mm thick, includes a 1 mm cork layer for sound, and is bevelled on four sides. Slip resistance passes above 0.6 on ASTM D2047. Fixing is with adhesive, either perimeter glue under a DropFit loose lay or a full spread bond. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Scarecrow across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
