Silvered Oak (006) is a luxury vinyl from Next Floor's Sacramento 413 collection, 3 mm thick and square edged, sold in a square 18 inch tile or a slim 4 inch by 36 inch plank. The wear layer is a thick 28 mil of UV-cured urethane, backed by a lifetime residential wear warranty and 30 years of commercial cover. It is laid in full spread adhesive, so the whole piece is bonded to the subfloor and the floor feels solid rather than springy. FloorScore certification and phthalate-free, 100% virgin PVC construction keep the indoor air side of things in check. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Silvered Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
