102 Shoreline Oak LVT Marvelous Plus 425 By Next Floor

Shoreline Oak (102) is a 7.25 inch by 48 inch vinyl plank from the Marvelous Plus 425 series by Next Floor. The 28 mil UV-cured urethane top is reinforced with MCX MicroCeramic resin, and the texture is embossed in register with the print, so the board reads as wood rather than a photograph under a flat film. At 3 mm it is slim enough to meet most existing floors without a big height change, and it is fixed with full spread adhesive using NEXT 1200. Fourteen planks come in a carton covering 33.8 SF. It is FloorScore certified with a lifetime waterproof warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Shoreline Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
