105 Sterling LVT Tuscan Sandstone 446 By Next Floor

Sterling (105) is a luxury vinyl tile from the Tuscan Sandstone 446 collection by Next Floor, offered as an 18 inch square tile or as a 4 inch by 36 inch plank, both 3 mm thick. The square edge lets pieces sit tight together with no groove between them. A 28 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer is heavy enough for entrances and kitchens, and residential wear has no time limit on it, with 30 years on commercial wear. It is installed in full spread adhesive, which asks for a flat, clean and dry subfloor, something we test before booking the work. Cartons cover 36 SF. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sterling across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
