725 Brown Reclamation Oak LVT Colorado 417 By Next Floor

Brown Reclamation Oak is number 725 in the Colorado 417 line. Each carton holds 17 pieces, weighs 40 lbs and covers 41.1 SF, so most rooms work out to a handful of boxes. The plank is 2.5 mm thick with a bevelled edge and a wear layer of 20 mil in UV-cured urethane that stands up to chairs, pets and grit tracked in from the street. Full spread adhesive fixes it to the subfloor, which means no underlay and nothing floating underfoot. It carries 25-year commercial wear cover alongside lifetime residential wear and lifetime waterproof warranties. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 725 Brown Reclamation Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
