Cloudveil Oak (112) is a glue-down vinyl plank in the Level Best ll 460 line from Next Floor. Each plank measures 7¼ inches by 48 inches nominal and is 5 mm thick, and the build includes a 1 mm natural cork layer with a modified PVC compound, which Next Floor calls QuietMaster Technology. That acoustic layer is why the boards test at STC 63 and IIC 72, which matters if you live in a condo with neighbours below. A 20 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer handles daily scuffing, and the bevel on all sides gives each board a defined edge.
