122 Grey Reclamation Oak LVT Colorado 417 By Next Floor

Grey Reclamation Oak is a luxury vinyl plank from the Colorado 417 collection by Next Floor, made in a 7.25 inch by 48 inch format at 2.5 mm thick. That slim profile is typical of full spread adhesive flooring: the plank bonds directly to the subfloor, so the floor is quiet and firm, with no hollow sound underfoot. A 20 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer copes with grit and pet claws, and the bevelled edges define each board. Acoustic ratings come in at STC 64, with IIC 69 and HIIC 89, and each plank is rated to a 1300 lbs static load. Warranty is lifetime waterproof and lifetime residential wear, with 25 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Grey Reclamation Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
