011 Shaded Walnut LVT Coastal Resort 439 By Next Floor

011 Shaded Walnut is a 12" x 24" vinyl tile from Next Floor's Coastal Resort 439 series. It is 2 mm thick with a square edge and 12 mil of UV-cured urethane on the surface, and it is set in full spread adhesive with NEXT 1200. A tile format like this lets you set a straight grid or a brick-bond layout in a bathroom, entry or laundry room, without the cold underfoot that comes with real stone. Each carton holds 27 pieces and covers 54 SF. It is FloorScore certified and phthalate free, with 20-year waterproof and 20-year residential wear warranties. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 011 Shaded Walnut across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
