101 Clear Maple LVT Level Best II 460 By Next Floor

Clear Maple (101) is part of Next Floor's Level Best II 460 collection, and its main feature is QuietMaster technology: a 1 mm natural cork layer combined with a modified PVC compound to reduce noise transmission. Tests show IIC 72, STC 63 and a Delta IIC of 20, which matters in condos. The planks are 7¼″ x 48″ nominal and 5 mm thick, with bevels on four sides and a 20 mil wear layer protected by UV-cured urethane. Installation is DropFit loose lay with perimeter adhesive, or full spread adhesive, and Next Floor recommends its Next900 adhesive for high moisture areas.
