308 Settlement Pine LVT Groundwork 423 By Next Floor

Settlement Pine carries model number 308 in the Groundwork 423 line. Next Floor builds it to 2 mm, with square edges and 12 mil of UV-cured urethane over the print, in a choice of 7.25" x 48" plank or 12" x 24" tile. A glued floor this thin is a practical answer for shops, hallways and finished basements where you want vinyl over concrete without raising the floor much. It passed the DOC FF 1-70 surface flammability test and reaches Class I on critical radiant flux. Residential wear is warranted for 20 years and commercial wear for 10. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Settlement Pine across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
