101 Fossil LVT Tuscan Sandstone 446 By Nexy Floor

Fossil (101) comes from the Tuscan Sandstone 446 collection and is available in both an 18 inch by 18 inch tile and a 4 inch by 36 inch plank, each 3 mm thick. The wear layer runs to 28 mil of UV-cured urethane, on the heavy side, which is why commercial wear is warranted for 30 years and residential wear is covered for life. The install method is full spread adhesive with NEXT 1200, so we prepare the subfloor and let the adhesive set before the room goes back into use. Sound testing lands at STC 64, IIC 69 and HIIC 89, useful in a condo. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Fossil across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
