117 Candlelight LVT Indestructible Plus 415 By Next Floor

117 Candlelight uses RealTouch embossing that is registered to the grain, so the texture you feel lines up with the pattern you see, and each 7.25" x 48" plank is finished with a bevelled edge. This is one of Next Floor's Indestructible Plus 415 planks, 3 mm thick with a 28 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer. It is a sensible pick for a whole main floor or a basement rec room where you want one continuous floor. Acoustic testing returned STC 64, IIC 69 and HIIC 89, which helps in condos with sound rules. Fitting is by full spread adhesive using NEXT 1200, and the floor is warranted lifetime waterproof. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 117 Candlelight across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
