545 Natural Oak LVT Donnington 450 By Next Floor

Natural Oak (545) is a long, wide luxury vinyl plank from Next Floor's Donnington 450 collection, measuring 9.25″ x 60.25″ nominal and 4.5 mm thick. Its DropFit loose lay construction includes fibreglass reinforcement. We install it with perimeter adhesive or full spread adhesive, and both methods need a flat, clean subfloor, so floor prep comes first. A 20 mil wear layer with a UV-cured urethane coating handles daily foot traffic, and Next Floor includes a lifetime residential wear warranty plus a 20-year commercial wear warranty. The lifetime waterproof warranty makes it a good fit for kitchens, powder rooms and finished basements.
