Heritage Oak (508) uses Next Floor's DropFit loose lay construction, reinforced with fibreglass so the plank stays dimensionally stable. Loose lay still involves adhesive here: it goes down with perimeter adhesive or in full spread NEXT 1200, and both want a smooth, clean subfloor. At 4.5 mm thick with a 20 mil wear layer this is a heavier plank than most glued vinyl, and the 1400 lbs static load limit reflects that. The format is 9.25" x 60.25", finished with a four-sided micro-bevel.
