ScratchMaster

ScratchMaster is Next Floor's waterproof flooring family, and it is really several product lines under one name, so the build depends on which one you choose. Thickness runs from 2 mm to 8 mm. Organica, Botanica and the 12" x 32" Astonishing tiles use a PVC-free core made from resin-fused plant fibre, while Lighthouse Point, Center Point and Avorio are made from virgin PVC. Every style is waterproof, so the range suits kitchens, bathrooms and basements.

Installation varies too. Organica, Botanica, Lighthouse Point and the 12" x 32" Astonishing tiles are click floating floors with an attached cushion for quieter footsteps and easier installation, and they can go on any level of the home. Center Point planks are tongue and groove and must be glued with NEXT 1200 adhesive to keep the warranty, and Avorio is a 2 mm tile laid in full-spread adhesive. Every style except Avorio carries a 10-year residential pet scratch resistance warranty, useful in homes with dogs.
