016 Oyster Oak ScratchMaster Center Point 464 By Next Floor

Oyster Oak (016) is a glue-down vinyl plank from the Center Point 464 range in Next Floor's ScratchMaster collection. At 3.2 mm it is a thin, dense board, 6″ x 48″ nominal, with tongue and groove edges and a colour-enhanced bevel on all four sides. It is bonded to the subfloor with NEXT 1200 adhesive, which the manufacturer requires for the warranty to hold, so the subfloor has to be flat, clean and dry before we start. Glued vinyl stays put under rolling loads and temperature swings, which suits commercial rooms and sunrooms. The wear surface is rated AC5 for heavy commercial traffic. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Oyster Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
