008 Faded Hickory ScratchMaster Center Point 464 By Next Floor

Faded Hickory (008) is part of the ScratchMaster Center Point 464 range by Next Floor, built for rooms that see hard use. The abrasion class is AC5, the heavy commercial grade, and the warranty covers lifetime waterproof plus 30 years of commercial wear. Planks are 3.2 mm thick and 6″ x 48″ nominal with a tongue and groove edge, and they are bedded in NEXT 1200 adhesive, which the warranty requires. Adhesive means the subfloor has to be sound and level, so we prepare it as part of the job. Fire testing rates it Class I. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Faded Hickory across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
