About the collection
XL Flooring Vinyl Flooring
We carry 76 XL Flooring vinyl products, split into two groups. Glue Down LVT Flooring has 8 Foundation Plank colours: dryback planks 3 mm thick and 48 x 7 inches, with a 20 mil wear layer, bonded to the subfloor with adhesive. That fixed install holds up under rolling chairs and heavy furniture.
The other 68 products make up Tight-Fit LVT Flooring, all 5 mm thick. Formats vary: Easytile comes as 24 x 12 inch tiles, XXL Large Plank as 60 x 9 inch boards, Drop & Done as 48 x 6 inch planks, and Easyplank, Legacy, EZ FIT, Flexiplank and Designer Select at 48 x 7 inches. Easytile, XXL Large Plank and Easyplank have a 12 mil wear layer, and the rest have 20 mil, better for pets and busy kitchens. EZ FIT, Drop & Done and most Flexiplank colours have an acoustic absorbing backing that helps with noise in condos.
Residential warranties across the brand run from 10 to 35 years depending on the line. 22FLOORING supplies and installs XL Flooring vinyl across Toronto and the GTA. See our vinyl flooring installation page, or send us your square footage for a free quote.
Before you order a sample, read the XL Flooring flooring review. It goes through wear layers, cores and warranties, and which rooms each collection suits.
Frequently asked questions
How much does XL Flooring flooring cost installed in Toronto?
Click vinyl is from $3.20 per square foot and glue-down from $5.50 with the glue included. Taking up your old floor is included, the floor itself is priced on top, and the figure is fixed in writing after a free in-home measure.
Is XL Flooring vinyl waterproof?
The board itself is waterproof, which is why it suits basements, kitchens and entryways. Water that gets underneath still has to be dried out, so a leak is still a problem - just not one that ruins the planks.
Can I see XL Flooring samples before I decide?
We bring samples to the free in-home measure so you see the boards in your own light, not under showroom lighting.
Do you install XL Flooring outside Toronto?
Yes. We work across Toronto and the GTA, and our installers travel as far as Wasaga Beach, Niagara Falls and Castleton.
