XL Flooring gives Blackcomb a limited 20 years residential and a limited 10 years commercial warranty, so it is covered for offices and shops as well as houses. This is one of the XXL Large Plank boards, 60 inches by 9 inches and 5 mm thick, built from PVC laminate with a brushed emboss surface and a 12 mil wear layer. It is a dryback plank: adhesive is spread and the boards are bedded into it, with no underlay involved. That asks for a flat, sound base, so we check and prepare the subfloor first. A box covers 22.5 square feet. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Blackcomb across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
