Product Specifications
Juniper is part of the Designer Select range from XL Flooring. Every plank is laminated PVC, 5 mm thick, measuring 7″ by 48″, and the surface is brushed emboss beneath 20 mil of wear layer. That is a heavy top surface for a house, so Juniper can take a busy entrance or a kitchen, not just bedrooms. The specs list a dryback base layer and name Tight-Fit for the installation. Because that is XL Flooring's own system rather than a standard click or glue product, we confirm what your room needs before quoting the labour. Warranty terms are 35 years residential, 20 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Juniper across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
