Product Specifications
XL Flooring warrants Cressida for 10 years in a home and 10 years in a commercial space, which tells you where this Foundation Plank product is aimed: floors that need to be practical rather than delicate. The board is PVC laminate, 3 mm thick, in a 48 inch by 7 inch format with micro-bevel edges. Over the print sit a brushed emboss texture and a 20 mil wear layer. Cressida uses a dryback backing, spread into adhesive across the whole subfloor, which keeps seams tight in wide rooms and under weight. A flat, clean base matters on that kind of install, so we assess and prep before starting. Each carton covers 35 square feet. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Cressida across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
