Desert Sand Easytile By XL Flooring

Desert Sand carries a brushed emboss texture, a pattern pressed into the tile that breaks up reflections and gives a little grip underfoot. The tile size is 24" x 12" at 5 mm thick, with a 12 mil wear layer, and XL Flooring makes it as PVC laminate LVT. Its backing is dryback, so this is a glued floor: we flatten and clean the subfloor, spread adhesive and set the tiles into it, with no underlay in between. A carton covers 20 square feet. Cover is a limited 20 year at home and a limited 10 year in commercial use. It works in bathrooms and back halls where wood would be a poor choice. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Desert Sand across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
