Product Specifications
Cortland belongs to the EZ FIT collection from XL Flooring. Each plank is 5 mm (0.197″) thick and measures 7″ by 48″, finished with brushed emboss texture and a 20 mil wear layer. Twenty mil is a thick top layer for a house, so Cortland can go in the rooms that get the most use: the hall, the kitchen, the landing at the top of the stairs. Noise transfer is helped by the acoustic absorbing backing, which condo boards often ask about. The specs give the composition as LVP, a PVC laminate, and coverage as 23.3 sf (2.16 m²) per box.
