Black Pearl Easytile By XL Flooring

Black Pearl is the black tile in this XL Flooring range, a dark floor for a powder room, entry or laundry where you want contrast against pale walls and cabinets. Each tile is 610 mm by 304 mm and 5 mm thick, its brushed emboss face protected by a 12 mil wear layer. It is a dryback LVT, so the tiles are glued down and not floated, and that bond depends on a level base. Dark floors show dust sooner than pale ones, so it pays to plan for mats at the door. Cartons cover 20 sf each, and cover is a limited 20 year residential and limited 10 year commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Black Pearl across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
