Lacona – Foundation Plank By XL Flooring

One carton of Lacona covers 35 sf, which keeps ordering simple once the rooms are measured and waste for cuts is added. Lacona is an XL Flooring Foundation Plank product, a PVC laminate board of 48" by 7" at 3 mm thick. It has a dryback base, so adhesive bonds it across the full floor area; nothing floats, there is no underlay, and the subfloor must be dry and level first. The face carries a brushed emboss texture, micro-bevel edges and a 20 mil wear layer for everyday traffic. Warranty cover is 10 years residential and 10 years commercial. Slim glued boards like this are often chosen for condos and rental units where floor height matters. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Lacona across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
