Product Specifications
Albany measures 1218 mm by 178 mm and is 5 mm thick, enough board to feel steady underfoot without adding much height at doorways. It is PVC laminate from XL Flooring, topped with a brushed emboss texture and a 20 mil wear layer, and backed with an acoustic absorbing layer attached to the plank, so footsteps are quieter and no separate underlay is required. A box covers 23.3 square feet. The limited warranty runs 20 years residential, 10 years commercial. We check the subfloor and settle how it goes down before pricing the labour. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Albany across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
