Cadizo – Foundation Plank by XL Flooring

Cadizo is glued down rather than floated. The dryback backing on this XL Flooring Foundation Plank is meant for full-spread adhesive, so the finished floor has no give underfoot and nothing loose beneath it. We flatten and clean the subfloor first, because anything left under a 3 mm board will telegraph through in time. The rest of the numbers are plain: 48" long, 7" wide, a 20 mil wear layer, micro-bevel edges, a brushed emboss face and 35 sf in a carton. Its composition is PVC laminate, so it handles damp in a basement or laundry area better than wood would. Warranties run 10 years residential and 10 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Cadizo across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
