Product Specifications
Bayshore is a Select Designer plank from XL Flooring, built as laminated PVC in a 48″ × 7″ board at 5 mm thick. The surface texture is brushed emboss and the wear layer is 20 mil, which is the part doing the work against grit, chair legs and pet claws in a hallway or kitchen. Its base layer is dryback and the sheet names Tight-Fit for installation, so this is not something you clip together over underlay; how it is fixed down gets verified before we give you a number. Residential warranty is 35 years, commercial 20 years. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Bayshore across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
