104 Concrete LVT Tuscan Sandstone 446 By Next Floor

Concrete (104) belongs to Next Floor's Tuscan Sandstone 446 range and is a practical floor for laundry rooms, entries and basement rec rooms. It is glued down with NEXT 1200 full spread adhesive, so there is no underlay and no click joint, just vinyl bonded flat to the base. The 28 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer takes the abuse those rooms hand out, and the material is FloorScore certified, phthalate free and 100% virgin PVC. You can choose 18 inch by 18 inch tiles or 4 inch by 36 inch planks at 3 mm.
