004 Pocellanato LVT Rosecliff 459 By Next Floor

Pocellanato (004) is a large-format luxury vinyl tile from Next Floor's Rosecliff 459 collection, measuring a nominal 12.2 inches by 36.6 inches at 4.5 mm thick. It installs with adhesive, either DropFit loose lay with glue at the perimeter or a full spread bond, and both want a flat, clean subfloor. The surface is protected by a UV-cured urethane wear layer of 20 mil, micro-bevelled on four sides, and the tile carries a 1400 lbs static load rating. Acoustically it reaches STC 63, IIC 72 and HIIC 90, which matters in a condo with neighbours below. Cover is lifetime waterproof and lifetime residential wear, with 20 years commercial. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Pocellanato across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
