007 Charcoal Oak LVT Indestructible Plus 415 By Next Floor

007 Charcoal Oak is a glue-down luxury vinyl plank from Next Floor's Indestructible Plus 415 line. Planks run 7.25" x 48" at 3 mm thick, and the 28 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer is heavy enough for entryways, rental units and shops that see daily traffic. RealTouch embossing is registered to the printed grain, and every plank has a bevelled edge. Sound results suit condo work: STC 64, IIC 69 and HIIC 89. The planks are set in full spread adhesive, so we flatten and clean the subfloor first, using NEXT 1200 adhesive. Warranty cover is lifetime waterproof, lifetime residential wear and 30-year commercial wear. 22FLOORING supplies and installs 007 Charcoal Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
