103 Sunrise Oak StoneCast Expanse ll 527 By Next Floor

Sunrise Oak is rated for use on, above and below grade, so the same floor can run from a main level down into a finished basement without changing product. It comes from the StoneCast Expanse ll line in a 9″ x 60″ plank, 6 mm thick, with a 20 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer and colour-enhanced bevels on four sides. Sound cushion is attached underneath. The NextPro double-lock angle-angle click needs a flat, dry base, so we assess and prepare the subfloor before installing. Waterproofing, residential wear and cupping are warranted for life. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Sunrise Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
