123 Golden Oak StoneCast Amazing Pro 537 By Next Floor

Golden Oak (123) is a vinyl plank from Next Floor's StoneCast Amazing Pro 537 line, made from 100% virgin PVC and backed by a lifetime waterproof warranty. That suits kitchens, basements and busy entryways. Each 7″ x 48″ nominal plank is 5.5 mm thick with a 20 mil UV-cured urethane wear layer and a full grain bevel. An attached cushion helps with sound, and the ratings back that up: STC 65, IIC 72 and HIIC 92, useful in condos and upstairs rooms. Planks join with the NextPro™ double-lock angle-angle system and can go on, above or below grade. It is FloorScore certified and phthalate free, with a lifetime residential wear warranty and a 10-year commercial wear warranty. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Golden Oak across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
