604 Latte Stone StoneCast Monumental 562 By Next Floor

Latte Stone comes from the StoneCast Monumental range by Next Floor. The acoustic test results are strong for a stone-look floor: STC 65, IIC 72 and HIIC 92, helped by the cushion bonded to the underside of every tile, which also means you are not buying underlay. Wear is handled by 20 mil of UV-cured urethane, and each piece is finished with a colour-enhanced bevel on four sides. It installs as an angle-angle click floating floor and is rated for use on, above or below grade. Warranties run lifetime on waterproofing, residential wear and cupping, with 20-year commercial wear. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Latte Stone across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
