Product Specifications
At 6.5 mm, Bromham Walnut is one of the thicker boards in the COREtec Pro Enhanced range, and the extra build shows in how solid it feels over an older subfloor. The core is solid polymer, so the plank stays rigid, and cork underlayment is already attached, which cuts down noise and means no second underlay. Planks are 9" x 72", with enhanced painted bevels and a 20 mil wear layer for hallways, kitchens and rooms that see boots and paws. Approved grades are above, on and below, and it can be floated or set in direct glue. A carton covers 27.48 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Bromham Walnut across Toronto and the GTA, with floating installation from $3.20 per square foot, or glue-down from $5.50 per square foot including glue.
