669 – Cody Venice By Home’s Pro

Cody, number 669, is a Venice series plank from Home's Pro built on a stone composite core. Water will not swell it, which is the main reason people choose SPC for basement apartments, laundry rooms and entry halls around the GTA. The board runs 7.16 by 48.03 inches at 6.5 mm, with 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment beneath it and a 0.3 mm wear layer on top. Painted bevelled edges finish each plank. Installation uses the Unilin click, floating over your subfloor, so there is no curing time before the furniture goes back. Rated from -20 °C up to +60 °C, it copes with an unheated stretch. Coverage is 19.12 sq. ft. per box. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Cody across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
