663 – Malta Venice By Home’s Pro

Malta is colour 663 in the Venice series from Home's Pro, a luxury SPC vinyl plank measuring 7.16 inches wide by 48.03 inches long. Total thickness is 6.5 mm, and 1.5 mm IXPE underlayment comes with it, so nothing extra has to go down first. The stone composite core is waterproof, which makes Malta usable in a basement, a kitchen or a bathroom where laminate would swell. Its 0.3 mm wear layer and painted bevelled edges take the everyday traffic. The sound numbers matter if you live in an apartment: STC 73 and IIC 72, the sort of figures a condo board wants before approving a hard surface floor. Each box holds 8 planks and covers 19.12 sq. ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Malta across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
