4804 – Crema Milan By Home’s Pro

Crema is the 4804 colour in Home's Pro's Milan series. It is a luxury SPC vinyl plank, 5.5 mm thick overall, 7.16″ across and 48.03″ long, and it ships with a 1 mm IXPE underlayment. A stone-composite core does not swell when it gets wet, so the same floor can run from a front hall through a kitchen and down to a basement. Traffic sits on a BP surface with a 12 mil wear layer, and the micro-bevel edge keeps each board defined underfoot. Välinge angle/angle locking means a floating floor rather than a glued one. Rated STC 65 and IIC 66, it also holds up between -20 °C and +60 °C. Each box covers 23.90 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Crema across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
