Kaffee SolidCore Ultra5G By Twelve Oaks

For a darker floor, Kaffee from Twelve Oaks comes in a Dark Brown shade within the SolidCore Ultra 5G collection. It is an SPC plank, meaning a stone-composite core that is waterproof and rigid, so it handles mudrooms, kitchens and basement rec rooms without swelling. The top is protected by a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer. Planks are 8-7/8" wide, 60" long and 1/4" thick, packed at 22.2 sq ft per box. Colour variation is low, giving a steady, uniform tone. Kaffee floats, so no nails or glue are involved, and the room should be kept at 18 to 27 °C. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Kaffee across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
