Gingerbread Foundation By Twelve Oaks

With low colour variation, Gingerbread gives a consistent light natural shade across the room. It is part of Twelve Oaks' Foundation Premium line and is a 5mm vinyl plank that glues directly to the subfloor. That makes it a stable choice for condos, bedrooms and hallways, since a glued floor stays put without click joints. Boards are 3/16″ thick, 9-3/8″ wide and 59-7/8″ long, with micro V-beveled edges and a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer. Twelve Oaks lists conditions of 18–27 °C (65–80 °F) and 35%–55% relative humidity, which is worth keeping in mind for rooms that swing in temperature. Before gluing, we make sure the subfloor is flat and clean. A box covers 23.4 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Gingerbread across Toronto and the GTA.
