Olympian Foundation Premium By Twelve Oaks

Olympian comes as a 12″ x 24″ tile rather than a plank, in a dark grey shade with low colour variation. It is 5 mm glue-down vinyl from the Foundation Premium range by Twelve Oaks, bonded to the subfloor so it sits flat and firm, with a warmer, softer feel than stone or porcelain in the same format. Micro V-bevelled edges outline each tile. A 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer protects the surface in entryways and hallways where grit gets tracked in. The subfloor has to be flat and clean before we spread adhesive, and the room should sit at 18–27 °C. A box covers 20.1 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Olympian across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
