Delta Marsh Foundation Premium By Twelve Oaks

Delta Marsh is a light grey plank in the Foundation Premium collection, sized 9-3/8″ x 59-7/8″ and 3/16″ thick. The construction is glue-down vinyl, so the planks are bonded to the subfloor with adhesive and nothing floats, clicks or moves once the job is done. A 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer sits over the surface, and the edges carry a micro V-bevel. Twelve Oaks wants the room held between 18–27 °C (65–80 °F) at 35%–55% relative humidity, so we bring the boxes on site to acclimatize before installation day. Each box covers 23.4 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Delta Marsh across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
