Frappe Foundation Premium By Twelve Oaks

Frappe is a light grey 12″ x 24″ vinyl tile, part of the Foundation Premium range from Twelve Oaks. Tiles are glued directly to the subfloor, so there is no hollow sound underfoot and no expansion gap to work around at the walls. Thickness is 3/16″, with a 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer and micro V-bevelled edges on each piece. Colour variation is low, which matters more in a tile format because an uneven batch shows up quickly in a grid. Plan on 20.1 sq ft per box, plus extra for cuts. The room should sit at 18–27 °C (65–80 °F). 22FLOORING supplies and installs Frappe across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
