Iron One Foundation Premium By Twelve Oaks

Iron One is a dark grey, 12″ x 24″ vinyl tile from the Foundation Premium collection, glued down instead of floating. The format gives a tile-look floor without the cold, hard surface of ceramic, and at 3/16″ thick it keeps transitions to neighbouring rooms manageable. Twelve Oaks specifies 35%–55% relative humidity and 18–27 °C for the room, which is normal for a heated Toronto home. The wear layer measures 20 mil (0.5 mm), and micro V-bevelled edges define each tile. Low colour variation means the tiles read evenly rather than mottled. Coverage per box is 20.1 sq ft. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Iron One across Toronto and the GTA, with glue-down vinyl installation from $5.50 per square foot, including glue.
