Southern Elegance Surewood Plus By Twelve Oaks

Southern Elegance is a light grey plank from the Surewood Plus range by Twelve Oaks, built on a WPC core. Wood plastic composite is softer underfoot than a rigid stone based core board, which people notice in a bedroom or a family room. The planks are 5/16" x 8-7/8" x 60", wide without being awkward to handle in a normal sized room, and the 20 mil (0.5 mm) wear layer is the layer that meets shoes, chairs and paws. It floats, so nothing is nailed or glued into the subfloor. Twelve Oaks lists a service range of 18 to 27 °C with relative humidity between 35% and 55%, which is a normally heated home. 22FLOORING supplies and installs Southern Elegance across Toronto and the GTA, with vinyl installation from $3.20 per square foot.
